Important Safety & Regulatory Information

This is an over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid. It is intended for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss and is not intended for individuals younger than 18, or for severe to profound hearing loss.

Do not use this device if you have any of the following: visible congenital or traumatic ear deformity; active or chronic ear disease; ear surgery within the previous 90 days; sudden or rapidly progressing hearing loss; active drainage from the ear; acute or chronic dizziness; sudden or recent hearing loss in only one ear; significant ear pain or discomfort; or accumulated cerumen (earwax). If you experience any of these conditions, consult a licensed physician before using this device.

Maximum output limits: 111 dB SPL, or 117 dB SPL with activated input-controlled compression. If your hearing aid is not working properly, stop use and contact Audisole support. To report an adverse event, contact us or file a report through the FDA MedWatch program (fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch).
